How can I create an account?

How do I log-in?

Log-in to your account by clicking on the “User” button on the navigation or click my account on the footer section.

Do I need to create an account in order to make a purchase?

For security reasons and to able to proceed with refunds and returns you will need to have an account before you can make any purchases.

How do I change my account details?

In order to change your account details, please log-in to your account and navigate to the “Account Details” to change your details or to “Addresses” to manage your addresses (shipping and billing).

How do you process payments?

Our payments are all processed by Stripe. Stripe is a leading payments merchant that covers the highest security and encryption standards online. Our website doesn’t store any sensitive information regarding card details, bank details, etc. Everything is handled by Stripe and its fully encrypted.

How long does shipping take?

It depends on the product and the country of shipping. Most of our orders will take from 3 to 18 days to arrive at your door.

Which Countries do you ship items to?

We only serve United States of America and United Kingdom. We are planning to increase the number of Countries we can send items to soon.

How to apply for refund or return?

In case you need to apply for a refund, a return or the item you received is wrong or problematic please use this form. Our team will do the best in order to take care of your issue. DO NOT use the live chatbot for returns and refunds applications. Our customer care works weekdays, 09:00 – 17:00 (London).

Am I entitled to any refund?

Yes you are! In case the item you received doesn’t match the description or it is damaged you are fully eligible for a 100% refund.

Can I get a refund if I purchased the wrong item?

We cannot provide a refund in case you made a mistaken purchase. For example wrong size, wrong color. In that case please contact our customer care and we will try to find a solution for you.
